Hi, my name is Michelle. I'm a passionate baker who loves creating delicious keto-friendly, low-carb, and gluten-free baked goods. I strive to show others that dietary restrictions does not need to be boring and one can still indulge in tasty treats. With just a touch of almond flour, a wholesome sugar substitute, a dash of butter, and a daring spirit for experimentation, the culinary possibilities become truly extraordinary.
My keto, low-carb journey was an unexpected blessing. When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, watching my carb intake became a high priority to keep my soon-to-be baby girl and self healthy. As a person who had always maintained my health through exercise and a balanced diet, this was quite a shock. However, when my insulin resistance decided to stick around, I decided to embrace this challenge and view it as a blessing in disguise. Before being diagnosed, I had never been passionate about cooking or baking. It wasn't until this, that I discovered my true passion in life.
During my baking journey, I realized I wasn't able to share them with all of my friends and family, due to gluten sensitivities. It was at that point that I decided to expand my recipes to include not only low-carb, but gluten-free as well.
I'm a home baker based in Peoria, Arizona and am committed to providing high-quality, low-carb, sugar-free, and gluten-free baked goods for other fellow Arizonians.
